I've been using two of these coolers since April 2024. During the hottest months, I used them non-stop for days! I'm really impressed with how well they cool. Like all evaporative coolers, they lower the air temperature by 10-15 degrees. So, in the hottest months, I could run them all the time to keep the rooms cool. They also kept my electricity bill low—they're super energy efficient! When I needed help from customer service, they were super helpful and quick! I love these coolers and can't wait to use them again next summer.

It’s a really nice unit. Well thought out, quality made with all the bells and whistles. Price was great. We tried several brands and this was the best. Unfortunately it could not make enough difference in cooling to be worth keeping. We tried it for several weeks and just could not get enough out of it for our needs. We did send it back. Despite that I still highly recommend this brand and this unit. Had we needed to cool a smaller space it would have probably worked well.

It's huge! I haven't even unwrapped it yet, but wow, it's massive! I heard it cools a space really well, so I'm hoping it lives up to the reviews. Just didn't expect it to be this big.

Living in Las Vegas, where it hit 114 degrees this year, cooling our big two-story house was tough. Regular ACs couldn't handle the heat without jacking up our electric bill. There's no window AC in my apartment, so I got a portable one. Works okay as it's in the low 80s. But it struggles when hotter. I tried cover the tube out the window, but nothing happen.Then I got this air cooler, and it made a huge difference. Together, they keep my place cool even when it's super hot outside. The air cooler does make the air humid, but the portable AC helps with that. Plus, with all the fans blowing, the air can get dry, and the humidity from the air cooler balances it out. It works best if you keep changing the cold pack, but it's the perfect way to keep my apartment cool.

Great packaging. I use it on the patio, and it cools things down even when it's 100 degrees out. It light well. If with a handle, you can pick it up with one hand, though its pretty big.

So, this is an update to my first review. The company actually contacted me to fix all my problems. I didn't even have to call them. They figured out what was wrong, sent me some videos and instructions, and then they sent me a brand new unit. This thing works great. I'd definitely buy another one because I've got another spot for it. Like I said, they came to me, not the other way around. The new unit worked right out of the box. Everything I needed was in the box. And they said a new unit was coming, and it got here in just 5 days. I'm using this cooling unit in my two-car garage, and it's doing exactly what they said it would. The price is awesome, and compared to other units, this is definitely worth it. I recommend this brand because they really stepped up and fixed my issues fast. If you're looking for a unit, this is a great choice. Tom B-Las Vegas

This thing really cools down a room well. It's not an AC as it doesn't get super cold, but it's cold enough to feel good. Right now, my central AC is broken, and I've been using this in weather over 110 degrees!!!! I can sleep just fine, and the water lasts all night. It's a great investment and works best when it's 80-90 degrees out. The only problem is that the ice packs they included leak, so I'm going to contact them.
